Up the steps to the 32' deck and come inside. You'll appreciate the Western red cedar interior throughout with many windows. The dining area has a large adjacent window and buffet / hutch. The living area features an entertainment centre with PVR and HD TV. You can connect your iPhone to the sound system. There's an electric fireplace with mantle. The black kitchen appliances include a 30" gas range, large fridge and OTR microwave. The bunk room features wide 48" bunks. The master bedroom has fine cabinetry with more than ample storage space in its his and hers wardrobes. Sleep well on the premium queen 14" mattress; it's quiet and dark at night. Exit via the 6' patio door to the outside dining area. Down the stairs is a 12'x16' deck with Napoleon fire table. A few steps further is the screen house; ideal for happy hour and twilight. You have your own 38' dock with swim ladder, lots of cleats for boats and 6'x10' swim raft. Available water craft incl. stand up paddleboards ('sup'), pedal boat, Aqua Cycle, kayaks and a canoe. Central heat and air conditioning available.
